So first I must say that the customer service for this product & company is amazing. The first baby bean bag I received was not up to the standards I believe that it should have been. I reviewed it not expecting anything but a credit to my account.
Two people from the company contacted me with sincere apologies and told me that they were revamping the material they use. Once they received the product I would be shipped another one. They held true to their word.. the new product arrived yesterday and I am happy to say the product is 1000 times better. ( the problem areas before were the cheap material and zipper) these problems have been corrected.
The material on the bottom is a satin like material and much thicker then before. This company really came through on their promise and that speaks volumes to me. Not too many companies do nowadays. I am looking forward to gifting it to our friends who are expecting next month.
