Fat-Burning Ab Exercise


A progressive Pilates-inspired exercise. Lie on your back with knees bent to 90-degree angles and up lifted feet. Tighten abs as you can through inhaling, and lift arms up and back over head.

Exhale and swing arms forward, straighten out legs so your body shape a V. If wanted, put hands on the bottom for maintenance.

Roll down gradually, twisting knees and bringing arms above. Repeat it about 15 time during exercise.

This will burn your belly fats in a short time period. You may get instant results through this exercise.
